Expert Commentary
Correction of order Order The order concerns the correction of the order of 1 May 2026 under which Dolby and Acer (see hereabove under 5) were incorrectly ordered to produce license agreements while this should have been Dolby and Vectis. Comment The JR was caught off guard because of a mistake in the defendant’s application for an order to produce the license agreements by Dolby and Acer which should have read Dolby and Vectis.

Proprietor/s EP3079153 Dolby International AB **DECIDING JUDGE** Edger Brinkman - presiding judge / judge rapporteur **LANGUAGE OF PROCEEDINGS**: English **SUBJECT-MATTER OF THE PROCEEDINGS** Infringement action, counterclaim for revocation and “counterclaim for rate-setting” **GROUNDS FOR THE ORDER** Parties agree that an obvious error was made in Defendants’ application for R. 190. The request under A, first sentence, erroneously refers to Acer where Vectis was meant. This is clear inter alia from A.(i) where “Dolby and/or Vectis” is used. This error made its way into the order of 1 May 2026, which according to Defendants (to which Dolby nor Vectis oppose) therefore may be rectified on the basis of R. 353 RoP. The Court sees no reason to differ, and thus the below order is made. **ORDER** The Court: Rectifies in the order of 1 May 2026, on page 3 as well as on page 7, under A, first sentence, “Dolby and Acer” into “Dolby and Vectis”.
