The parties have held that during the requested stay of the proceedings, they may finalize the implementation before applying for a withdrawal of the pending actions. The Court finds that the proceedings should be stayed in accordance with the parties’ joint request (R. 295(d) RoP). **ORDER** The present proceedings are stayed with effect of the date of this order. If the parties have not withdrawn their respective actions by 10 August 2026, they must update the Court on the status of any discussions to enable the Court to decide whether to resume the proceedings.
