Article 76 – Notification of Rules and Conventions

1. The Member States shall notify the Commission of: (a) the rules of jurisdiction referred to in Articles 5(2) and 6(2); (b) the rules on third-party notice referred to in Article 65; and (c) the conventions referred to in Article 69. 2. The Commission shall, on the basis of the notifications by the Member States referred to in paragraph 1, establish the corresponding lists. 3. The Member States shall notify the Commission of any subsequent amendments required to be made to those lists. The Commission shall amend those lists accordingly. 4. The Commission shall publish the lists and any subsequent amendments made to them in the Official Journal of the European Union. 5. The Commission shall make all information notified pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 3 publicly available through any other appropriate means, in particular through the European Judicial Network.
