This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 10 January 2015, with the exception of Articles 75 and 76, which shall apply from 10 January 2014.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in the Member States in accordance with the Treaties.
