Rule 134 – Examination as to formal requirements of the Application for the determination of

damages 1. The Registry shall, as soon as practicable after the lodging of the Application for the determination of damages, examine whether the requirements of Rules 126, 131.1 and .2(d) and (e) and 132 have been complied with. 2. If the Application for the determination of damages does not comply with the requirements referred to in paragraph 1, the Registry shall invite the applicant to correct the deficiencies noted within a time period to be specified. 3. Rule 16.4 to .5 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
