Rule 3 – Power of staff of the Registry and a sub-registry to perform functions of the Registry

Where these Rules refer to the Registry or Registrar and provide to perform any act that reference shall include – where applicable – the Deputy-Registrar and the relevant sub-registry and that act may be performed by the Registrar, the Deputy-Registrar or by a member of staff of the Registry or sub-registry of the relevant division.
