Rule 45 – Language of the Statement for revocation

1. Subject to paragraph 2, the Statement for revocation shall be drawn up in the language in which the patent was granted. 2. Where the parties have agreed to bring the action before a local or a regional division in accordance with Article 33(7) of the Agreement, the Statement for revocation shall be drawn up in one of the languages referred to in Rule 14.1(a) and (b).
