Rule 69 – Reply to Defence to the Statement for a declaration of non-infringement and Rejoinder

to the Reply 1. The claimant may lodge a Reply to the Defence to the Statement for a declaration of non-infringement within one month. 2. The defendant may lodge a Rejoinder to the Reply within one month of service of the Reply. The
