Rule 80 – Compensation for a licence of right

1. The Application for appropriate compensation [Article 32(1)(h) of the Agreement] shall contain: (a) particulars in accordance with Rule 13.1(a) to (d); (b) information on the filing of the statement as referred to in Article 8(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1257/2012; (c) the licence agreement referred to in Article 8(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1257/2012. 2. Rules 132, 133, 134, 135 and 137 to 140 apply mutatis mutandis to the procedure for appropriate compensation. Relation with Agreement: Article 32(1)(h)
